As Normally with Amazon to begin with class service, quick delivery. Quite pleased with item. The Daewoo KOC9Q1TSL is brilliant, massive oven capacity, strong Grill, great convection oven and not too large even with a 28 litre capacity. The door opens simply, exactly where as with my previous microwave a Delonghi I had to hold on to the cabinet and yank the door open.
Looks lovely. Cleans nicely. Lots of good capabilities (pre-heating of oven, steam cleaning)Yet the grill was barely useful.
Crucially the turntable failed to function more than intermittently. Do not know if this is a one particular in a million or a a single in a hundred defect but it rendered the item useless so it has been returned inside a week
